The app crashed while viewing a picture and now its stuck on that pic. Please update the app so it can refresh since Im not the only user who experienced this problem.

Worthless support after purchase! If you need password reset might as well delete app because they are impossible to contact. Any problem delete app and buy something not associated with these criminals!

As stated above, no support at all. Whats with sending us to a twitter page that "doesnt exist"? Unfortunately for me I have important pics I cant get to because I cant get in & need a password change & deleting the app will cost me them all!!

I would want to view the photos and videos in other devices

I accidentally deleted the app. Does that mean that I lost all of my images? There were over 1,000 stored and I would love to regain access. But there is no support to help or answer questions. Lame.

Cant even add images to the folders, crashes as soon as you access the photo library.

Ever since iOS 8 I can no longer import photos from my library. When I try the app freezes and closes out.

Not working with ios8 and hadnt update since nov of last year. I paid for this app shouldnt have these problems. FIX ASAP

It works ok, crash here and there but that can be said of many other apps, when I got the iPhone 6 with OS 8 things have been the same the app opens I can see the pictures and all but I cant add any more because when acceding the library the app crashes.

App does what it needs to. Locks away things you may not want others to see or just simple protects precious videos and photos you might have. For those complaining about resetting password after you have forgotten it, simple type in "Retrieve Password" into the password field and it will prompt a password reset. Use the Capital R and P and leave out the quotation marks. Happy photo locking.

Great for keeping pics safe from curious people in your life but my pictures didnt transfer from my I phone 5 to 6 so thats a big problem. Plzzz fix.

I love this app,even purchased it. Its great to store pics that you dont want floating around your phone, but enjoy looking at from time to time. When my husband is out of town, we like to send each other pics, if you get my drift. The app has been great, but now that I have iPhone 6, I re-downloaded my purchased app, but it dumped all my pics. Not too happy about that. Is there a fix? Or can you fix the app so this wont happen again?

This was my favorite secured storage app up until recently when the export/email function stopped working for certain pictures/videos. I cannot transfer them in anyway and they are the only copies I have and are now stuck in the app. Please fix this issue as I can see its happening for others as well.
